A 20-minute intro call before onboarding, a debrief call within 10 days of your event, and 2–3 quick Slack messages a week during the ramp-up. Brutal honesty beats polite silence. We read everything.

Zero platform fees during your pilot event. We cover the infrastructure, AI usage, and support. You only pay for things outside our scope — your own staff's time, any optional on-site engineering you request beyond what's included, or third-party services you already use (your CRM seats, for example).
Cohort 1 is capped at a small double-digit number of organisations across the three tracks (organiser / exhibitor / agency). We're optimising for depth of engagement over volume — this is not a waitlist for a generic product launch.
Apply anyway. If your timeline is outside Cohort 1, we'll keep your application on file for Cohort 2 and flag you early. Longer lead times often make better pilots — we can configure, test, and rehearse without event-week pressure.
Yes. Early Access uses the same production environment every GA customer will use — EU-resident hosting on Hetzner, AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, per-tenant encryption keys, RBAC, and full GDPR / DIFC / UAE PDPL alignment. Every sub-processor is listed on our DPA page.
