Troubleshooting & Support
Identify the record color: Red (Error) — check Visual Field Mapping in the Web Console and ensure your CRM user has write permissions. Yellow (Pending) — check device connectivity; move to an area with better mobile data to trigger auto-sync. Authentication Issues — re-verify CRM credentials in Settings as tokens may have expired.
For full functionality, grant: Camera (Visual Attribution and OCR scanning), Microphone (AI Voice Recording and meeting summaries), Location (real-time Wayfinding), NFC (contactless lead exchange), and Files/Storage (local encrypted lead storage for offline integrity).
App won't start: verify credentials, update to the latest version, or clear the cache. Camera issues: check device permissions or restart the app. CRM Auth Failed: re-enter credentials in the Web Console and check if your API token has expired.
